Christian Durán is a native of Pucón, a small tourist town in southern Chile, where he developed his rafting and guiding skills. He has over 22 years of experience working as an adventure travel leader and has been continuously operating on the Futaleufú River for over 18 years.

His passion for rivers has provided him with wonderful opportunities and has led him to gain experience in various places such as Europe, North America, Central America, and South America.

Throughout his years as a professional guide, Christian has worked on different types of rivers around the world. Naturally, he decided to settle on the majestic Futaleufú River, which now gives him the opportunity to launch Patagonia Elements.

Gisella Santander, born in Lima, Peru, met her husband Christian 16 years ago in Cusco. She has combined her husband's dream with her own: to own an adventure tourism operator to show people the wonders of southern Chile. Gisella has been a world traveler since her youth.

Gisella holds a degree in Tourism Administration and has worked in various countries, including the United States, Costa Rica, Chile, and Peru.

Her hard work and dedication to Patagonia Elements lead her to serve as the sole head of business administration. If you have any questions, Gisella is the person you'll want to talk to!
